Richard Netherclift – Managing Director

Well what can I say about myself. I am Devon born and bred and have always lived down in this beautiful part of the country but enjoy travelling. I am lucky to have travelled a lot and mix travelling with my love for photography.

I was initially trained as a graphic designer back in the day when you had to use a pencil and rubber, after a few years in a copy shop I moved across to Auto Trader. I worked my way up from Junior Designer to Deputy Production Manager and started to leave my Graphic Design roots behind me and slip more into management.

After leaving Auto Trader and a short spell at another magazine I set up Can Can Design Ltd and grew that design company until where we are now with a new name and a large customer base.

I still like to design when I get the time but running Insignia Creative takes up a lot of my time. I enjoy my weekends and often can be seen out in the local restaurants sampling good food with friends (anything rather than cooking).

David Burbury – Website Designer

In 2002 i started a Foundation Degree in Mulitmedia at Plymouth College of Art & Design. When that was completed I went on to study a BA(hons) degree in Photomedia & Design Communication. As part of my work placement module I began working at Gamalan, which soon after, progressed to part time employment. In 2005 I graduated, and began working for Gamalan full time. Now, after almost 5 years and a new name (the company's name, not mine), I am still here!

I like to listen to music while i work. I have quite a diverse taste in music that ranges from Rock, Metal, Industrial, Electronic, Classical, Folk, Soundtrack, etc!

I enjoy visiting Art Galleries, the Theatre, Cinema, and seeing bands perform live. Not to mention a few good beers with that last one!!
